Electrolux 60cm Pyrolytic Dark Stainless Steel Oven EVEP6515DF is a versatile multifunction oven offering 10 cooking functions, including SteamBake, AirFry, traditional bake, fan bake, grill, fan grill, pizza, pastry, grill boost, and pyrolytic self-cleaning. The SteamBake function uses an inbuilt water well to introduce a touch of steam during cooking, delivering golden crusts and soft, airy centres perfect for bread, pastries, and delicate bakes. AirFry harnesses powerful circulating heat to produce crispy, golden results with little to no added oil, right in your oven without the need for a separate appliance. When it comes to cleaning, pyrolytic self-cleaning heats the oven to an extreme temperature that reduces grease and food residue to ash, with three selectable clean cycles — light, medium, and heavy — meaning no scrubbing, water, or chemicals required.
The included telescopic runners make it effortless to slide trays in and out for basting or checking on dishes, and the oven comes complete with a generous accessory kit including a grill/oven pan, baking tray, AirFry tray, pan carrier, side racks, and two wire shelves.
