Factory seconds appliances are brand new appliances which are generally supplied without original packaging. These items are in complete working order however may be supplied with minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents etc.).

An ex-demo appliance is an ex-display unit removed from a showroom which is generally supplied without original packaging. These items are in complete working order however may be supplied with minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents etc.). In some cases, these items may have had light use in a display kitchen.

Clearance appliances are brand new products supplied in original packaging. We can offer them at discounted prices as they are runout or over-supplied models.

Yes, our products are all supplied with warranty however the warranty period varies across various products. The warranty information for each item is included on the product page.

Payment is accepted by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We can also issue an invoice for payment via direct deposit.
