Do I need a licensed electrician to install a built-in oven in Adelaide?
Yes. In South Australia, the electrical connection of a hardwired appliance such as a built-in electric oven must be completed by a licensed electrician. This is a legal requirement under South Australian electrical safety regulations. The Appliance Group's installation service includes licensed electrical work for all applicable appliances.
Can you remove my old appliance?
Yes — removal and disposal of your existing appliance is all included as part of our standard installation service.
How long does appliance installation take?
A standard built-in oven installation (existing dedicated circuit, matching cabinet dimensions) takes approximately 1–2 hours. Jobs involving cabinetry modifications or new electrical circuits take longer. Your installer will give you a time estimate based on your specific situation.
Can you install an appliance I didn't buy from you?
