Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of The Appliance Group are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

  • Entries open from the time of the first Instagram post launching the giveaway and close at 11:59pm on Sunday 17th May 2026 (ACST).
  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must:
Follow the The Appliance Group's Instagram page (@theappliancegroup)
Like any of The Appliance Group's 5th Birthday Giveaway promotional posts
Tag two (2) friends in the comments of one of the posts

  • Each comment tagging two friends counts as one entry.
  • Bonus 5 extra entries for those who share any of the 5th Birthday Giveaway posts to their Instagram story and tag @theappliancegroup
  • Maximum 20 entries per person.
  • Tagged accounts must be real individuals (no fake or spam accounts).
  • Valid to Australian residents only

Prize Details

  • Three (3) winners will each receive a voucher to spend at The Appliance Group
  • 1st Prize - 1 x $500 The Appliance Group voucher and $150 of The Luxe Lab products
  • 2nd Prize - 1 x $350 The Appliance Group voucher
  • 3rd Prize - 1x $150 The Appliance Group voucher

    Total prize pool value: $1,150 AUD.

    Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random within 3 days of the promotion closing.
  • Winners will be announced via Instagram and contacted via direct message.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, The Appliance Group reserves the right to redraw.

Voucher Conditions

  • Vouchers must be used within 36 months of issue.
  • Vouchers are valid for purchases made in-store, online and for special orders.
  • Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the winner.
  • Standard store terms and conditions apply to all purchases.

General

  • The Appliance Group reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Appliance Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
