Smeg 45cm Dolce Stil Novo Blast Chiller SAB4604NX brings professional chilling to the home kitchen, finished in sleek Eclipse black glass with a flat full glass door. Five cold functions, including Cooling, Deep Freezing, Bottles Cooling, Precooling and Preservation, help you lock in freshness and quality while limiting bacterial growth. Deep freezing avoids the large ice crystals that damage food fibres, and Cooling takes food from 80 to 90°C down to 3°C in under 90 minutes. Warming functions such as Low Temperature Cooking, Proving, Ready to Eat and Defrost by time or weight make this compact appliance far more versatile than a typical chiller. A colour touch screen offers 52 automatic programmes, and the included temperature probe lets you cool or cook with precision. An automatic cleaning cycle dries the stainless steel cavity after use, and a child lock adds peace of mind.
